To empower young ladies at the threshold of adulthood with the necessary skills to live fulfilling lives.

OURORGANIZATION

Established in 1997 & acquired 501 © 3 status in 2001.

Community based organization serving the Inland and Riverside Counties.

Open to all young ladies of ethnic and economic backgrounds.

Funding obtained through corporate and community contributions.

Network with local and national organizations to exchange resources, promote unity and ensure success.

Educated professionals and community leaders facilitate all curriculum programming and workshops.

OURGOALS

To provide each young lady with a blueprint for success through our five-part curriculum.

To empower each candidate with leadership and total life management skills.

To award academic scholarships annually of $5000 or more.

To increase participation and representation in both counties.

OURACCOMPLISHMENTS

Contributed over hundreds of hours towards community business and non-profit organizations.

Awarded more than $5000 in scholarships since 1997.

100% of all program graduates have attained gainful employment, higher education and/or personal independence.

Attract hundreds of parents and supporters to our annual Debutante-Cotillion Ball.
